Event Changes & Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, rescheduling, or material change to any event included in your package that is beyond our control (including but not limited to artist cancellations, schedule changes, or event withdrawal by the promoter), only the event component of the package (e.g. concert or ticket portion) will be eligible for refund, subject to the event organiser’s terms and conditions.

All other components of the package, including but not limited to accommodation, flights, transfers, and additional inclusions, will remain subject to their individual cancellation terms and conditions.

The Bonus Value offered is up to the maximum amount available per eligible package.

Pricing
All prices are per person twin share unless otherwise stated, are in Australian dollars, are correct at the time of publication & are subject to change without notice. Flights are not included unless otherwise stated & if included, are economy class unless otherwise stated. Price includes any stated bonus nights, upgrades & package savings, if applicable.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
