If you’re an Australian citizen travelling overseas then yes, you do need a passport. The destinations we travel to all have an entry requirement that your passport must have at least 6-month validity when you’re travelling. So, make sure you check the expiry date too before you book! You certainly can! Although our packages are listed with a particular number of nights, the Holiday Experts at My Holiday can add extra nights onto any package that you desire, provided there’s availability. You can book your holiday well in advance at My Holiday! You’ll find our packages include travel dates up to 10 months in advance. Flight schedules from Australia’s capital cities to our incredible destinations are released approximately every 10 months. As soon as flights are released, we simply secure them as part of your booked holiday. We do all the thinking for you! Start daydreaming about your next holiday now. We’ll help you plan it ASAP.
So, you’ve made an online enquiry or booked your holiday but you haven’t received an email or itinerary from us yet. It’s possible that your itinerary has landed in your Junk Mail or Spam folder. Unfortunately, sometimes our emails are sent there instead of your inbox. If you’ve checked your Junk Mail and you still can’t find your itinerary, please contact us!
While not all My Brands destinations require travellers to hold an International Drivers Licence to drive a car, there are still certain restrictions in place. All drivers, regardless of where you travel, must hold a current, non-probationary licence from their country of residence. If you are on your Learners or Provisional Licence, you will not be able to hire a car. Some countries may also require an International Driver’s Licence. Please mark your calendar with the final payment due date to ensure the amount is paid before the due date. For final payments, they are due no later than 65 days prior to departure. At 70 days prior to departure (five days before due date), we send an email to you with a payment link that is valid for 10 days, and an SMS to advise you of your upcoming balance. You will receive a reminder if it becomes overdue.
Your day tours are pre-booked for the dates shown on your itinerary by our My Holiday Experts at the time of booking. The dates can be changed subject to availability. You would need to contact the supplier a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
Travel documents will be emailed to you two weeks prior to departure. This includes itinerary, flight confirmation, and any vouchers for tours.
Once you have paid your deposit there is nothing else you need to do except arrange for your balance to be paid 65 days prior to departure. Once your balance is paid, we then email your travel documents approximately two weeks prior to departure.
