Renovation advice: 15 April – 31 October 2026

Water Villas will be replaced with a new room type: Water Bungalows with Pool. To facilitate this project, the southern part of the island will be partially closed from 15 April to 31 October 2026. During this time, the Water Villas will be closed. Once the project is completed, our new Water Bungalows with Pool will be available for bookings starting 1 November 2026. To ensure minimal disruption for our guests, the Beach Bungalows and Superior Beach Villas will also remain closed throughout the project period.

For safety reasons, access to the house reef on this side of the island will be restricted. For safety reasons, snorkelling near the construction site will not be possible during this period. However, unguided snorkelling will still be available near the Eco Centre jetty and from channels 8 through 12 on the top end of the island.

Construction work will be carried out daily from 08:00 to 22:00.
