On entering the arrivals hall, look for our pull up banner at the top of the escalators and stairs.  Head down to the immigration area where you will see, to the right, a VIPLANE Samoa staff member standing next to another pull up banner. They will ask for your last name for identification purposes and then direct you to through our exclusive immigration priority lane, saving you up to 45 minutes in arrival queues.

*VIP Perk Garden, Basket-Making and Mocktail Tour
VIP Perk – Immersive hotel garden tour, traditional basket-making activity, and complimentary mocktail: Guests will enjoy a one-hour immersive cultural and garden experience within the resort grounds. The experience begins with a guided tour through the hotel gardens, where guests will discover the variety of tropical fruits, vegetables, herbs, and local plants grown onsite.

During the tour, guests will have the opportunity to hand-pick fresh mint leaves and seasonal fruits from the garden, which will then be used by our Food & Beverage team to demonstrate how to create a refreshing tropical mocktail. Guests will also be invited to participate in the mocktail-making experience.

In addition, our garden team will showcase traditional Samoan basket weaving techniques and involve guests in a hands-on basket-making activity, offering an authentic cultural interaction and memorable experience.

The full experience duration is approximately one hour.

*Falefa Falls & Piula Cave Pool
This drive is through the scenic north east coast of Upolu Island. Stops can be made to photograph villages as we head to Falefa Falls, which is about 30 ft high and drops directly into the ocean. A refreshing swim on the way back is made at the Piula Fresh Water Cave Pool where the warm sea is located next to it and is ideal for alternative dips between fresh and salt water. The Cave Pool runs underneath the oldest Methodist church in Samoa.

Tour starts at 9.30am and finishes at 1pm. Tour operates Monday – Saturday.
