At My Holiday, we offer a wide range of exclusive holiday packages and advertise these at a national and international level.
While we always endeavour to create accurate advertising material for our holiday packages, we do sometimes make mistakes – after all, we are only human. In these cases, we have to retract, correct and/or acknowledge incorrect advertisements and messages that have gone public.

The Club Raro holiday package (deal code: MHC-55214) advertised in our press ad in Saturday Escape Magazine incorrectly advertised that the bucket of four beers and pizza and NZD$250 Wine, Dine and Spa credit were included.

The Rarotongan Beach Resort & Lagoonarium holiday package (Deal Code: MHC-50158) advertised in our press ad in The Weekend Australian Magazine (23.11.24) had the incorrect Price, Bonus Value and Valued At advertised. These should have been Price: $2199, Bonus Value: $1000 and Valued at: $2699. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The Rarotongan Beach Resort & Lagoonarium holiday package (MHC-49818) advertised in the Sydney Sun Herald on Sunday 13 October 2024 incorrectly advertised that kids eat free. This is only applicable for breakfast. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The Crystalbrook Byron Bay holiday package (Deal Code: MHC-47546) advertised in our printed brochure from 21st June included a flight icon however the package does not include flights. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The Sarann Samui Thailand holiday package promoted in our insert in the Sydney Daily Telegraph, Herald Sun, and Brisbane Courier Mail on 01.06.24 incorrectly advertised the “Around Island Tour” as an inlcusion . We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
