Discova Malaysia is not responsible for overweight, oversize and too many  pieces of luggage by passengers. In the event of the extra luggage unable to fit into the vehicle assigned, passengers will be responsible for the extra cost incurred to transport the luggage.
For any arrival transfers where we have not received flight details, these will be automatically cancelled at 48 hours prior to arrival date. If we receive a phone from the client, we will advise them to take a taxi to the hotel and follow up with their agent on their return. If flight has been delayed or changed without notification or Flight Centre advises a wrong flight time, we will not refund and clients have to take taxi.

Cancellation Charges
